Projektbeschreibung:

Das Segment Bergbau in seiner grenzüberschreitenden Dimension hat großes Potenzial für den Kultur- und Naturtourismus in der Terra Raetica. Vorliegender Projektansatz bildet eine weitere Abrundung/Ergänzung in einem breiten interdisziplinären Ansatz zu bereits erfolgreichen und nachhaltig umgesetzten Maßnahmen im Bereich Terra Raetica Bergbau. Das Projekt umfasst gegenseitig abgestimmte Maßnahmen/Aktivitäten im Bereich Tourismus, Kultur, Schulen, Kunst, Produktion (Industrie), Handel und Architektur. Innovativ ist für die beiden Regionen die Erschließung eines zusätzlichen Tourismussegments (Bahn-und Bike-Tourismus/ Ausflugsverkehr. Das Projekt weist einen integrativen Ansatz zwischen musealer und aktuell, laufender Bergbauarbeit und Produktveredelung auf.

Projektinhalt:

Durch die Erweiterung des Angebotes wird eine Aufwertung des Kulturerbes angestrebt. Einerseits soll die fachlich fundierte Aufarbeitung der Themenstellungen kombiniert mit einem Aktivitäts-, Veranstaltungs- und Führungsprogramm eine nachhaltige museale und touristische Nutzung der Anlagen langfristig sicherstellen. Der Bergbau hat die Gesellschaft und im Besonderen die Familien in diesen Gebieten in der Vergangenheit geprägt und auch heute spielt das Berufsbild des Bergarbeiters eine wichtige Rolle. Parallel zu den baulichen Maßnahmen wird ein Schulprogramm für Führungen erarbeiten das überregional umsetzbar ist. Damit können die historisch-kulturell interessanten Anlagen verstärkt auf die gemeinsame kulturelle Identität im grenzüberschreitenden Raum aufmerksam machen. Im Rahmen dieses Projektes sollten ergänzende Baumaßnahmen verwirklicht werden um den Besuchern, die Geschichte des Marmorabbaues anschaulich, museal zu zeigen und alte Geräte, Maschinen und Werkzeuge, aber auch Dokumente zu sammeln, um der Nachwelt zu erhalten. Eine Zusammenarbeit & gemeinschaftliche Werbestrategie mit unseren Partnern der Bergbauzentren in der Terra Raetica Tarrenz und St.Anton am Arlberg erlauben es, übergeordnete Prioritäten und Aktionsfelder zu definieren, die zur verstärkten Kooperation beitragen.

Schwerpunkte:

- Stärkung gemeinsamer grenzüberschreitender Maßnahmen zur Vermarktung der touristischen und kulturellen Pakete

- Aufbau einer strukturierten grenzüberschreitenden Plattform zwischen den Projektpartnern (Laas- St. Anton/Tarrenz) - Weiterbildung, Informations- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeiten, Vermarktung usw.

- Qualitative Verbesserung der Bergbau-Präsentation in Laas (Marmor) inklusive Besucherlenkung und Einbeziehung des Bus- und Rad-Tourismus (Via Claudia Augusta Projektziele: Fahrradroute).

Projektziele:

Gemeinsame Aus & Weiterbildungen sowie regelmäßige Treffen der Steuerungsgruppe zum Informationsaustausch werden folgen. Sie stehen in Wechselbeziehung zueinander und wirken gegenseitig verstärkend. Dieses soll einerseits verstärkt touristisch genutzt, aber auch im Bewusstsein der Bevölkerung verstärkt verankert werden. Hinsichtlich der Inwertsetzung und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit kann durch die weitere Zusammenarbeit eine breitere Klientel sowie eine geographisch wesentlich bessere Abdeckung in der Vermarktung des Themas erzielt werden. Die vereinbarten gemeinsamen Produkte erreichen eine höhere Marktdurchdringung und Öffentlichkeit, die abgestimmten Konzepte ergänzen sich zu einem wesentlich attraktiveren Angebot, als dies durch eine singuläre Aktivität der Partner erreicht werden könnte.

Il segmento minerario nella sua dimensione transfrontaliera ha un grande potenziale per il turismo culturale e naturalistico nella Terra Raetica. Il presente approccio progettuale costituisce un ulteriore completamento di un ampio approccio interdisciplinare alle misure già attuate con successo e in modo sostenibile nel settore minerario della Terra Raetica. Il progetto prevede misure/attività coordinate tra loro nei settori del turismo, della cultura, della scuola, dell'arte, della produzione (industria), del commercio e dell'architettura. Un aspetto innovativo per entrambe le regioni è lo sviluppo di un ulteriore segmento turistico (turismo su rotaia e in bicicletta/traffico escursionistico). Il progetto è caratterizzato da un approccio integrativo tra museo e lavoro di estrazione in corso e perfezionamento del prodotto.

Contenuto del progetto:

Attraverso l'ampliamento dell'offerta, si punta a una riqualificazione del patrimonio culturale. Da un lato, la rivalutazione professionale degli argomenti, combinata con un programma di attività, eventi e visite guidate, dovrebbe garantire un uso sostenibile delle strutture museali e turistiche nel lungo periodo. L'attività mineraria ha plasmato la società e in particolare le famiglie di queste zone nel passato, e il profilo lavorativo del minatore svolge ancora oggi un ruolo importante. Parallelamente alle misure di costruzione, si sta sviluppando un programma scolastico di visite guidate che può essere attuato su base sovraregionale. In questo modo, i siti di interesse storico e culturale possono attirare maggiormente l'attenzione sulla comune identità culturale dell'area transfrontaliera. Nell'ambito di questo progetto, dovrebbero essere realizzate ulteriori misure edilizie per mostrare ai visitatori la storia dell'estrazione del marmo in modo vivido e museale e per raccogliere vecchie attrezzature, macchine e utensili, nonché documenti, al fine di preservarli per i posteri. Una strategia di cooperazione e promozione congiunta con i nostri partner dei centri minerari di Terra Raetica Tarrenz e St. Anton am Arlberg consente di definire priorità e campi d'azione che contribuiscono a una maggiore cooperazione.

Priorità:

- Rafforzamento delle misure transfrontaliere congiunte per la commercializzazione di pacchetti turistici e culturali.

- Creazione di una piattaforma transfrontaliera strutturata tra i partner del progetto (Laas- St. Anton/Tarrenz) - ulteriore formazione, lavoro di informazione e pubbliche relazioni, marketing, ecc.

- Miglioramento qualitativo della presentazione delle miniere di Laas (marmo), compresa la guida dei visitatori e l'inclusione del turismo in autobus e in bicicletta (obiettivi del progetto Via Claudia Augusta: pista ciclabile).

Obiettivi del progetto:

Seguiranno incontri congiunti di istruzione e formazione e riunioni regolari del gruppo direttivo per lo scambio di informazioni. Questi obiettivi sono interconnessi e hanno un effetto di rafforzamento reciproco. Da un lato, questo dovrebbe essere utilizzato più intensamente per il turismo, ma anche ancorato più fortemente nella consapevolezza della popolazione. Per quanto riguarda la valorizzazione e la competitività, grazie a un'ulteriore cooperazione è possibile raggiungere una clientela più ampia e una copertura geografica migliore nel marketing del tema. I prodotti comuni concordati raggiungono una maggiore penetrazione di mercato e pubblicità, e i concetti coordinati si completano a vicenda per formare un'offerta molto più attraente di quella che potrebbe essere ottenuta da un'attività singola dei partner.

The mining segment in its cross-border dimension has great potential for cultural and nature tourism in Terra Raetica. The present project approach forms a further rounding off/complementation in a broad interdisciplinary approach to already successful and sustainably implemented measures in the field of Terra Raetica mining. The project includes mutually coordinated measures/activities in the fields of tourism, culture, schools, art, production (industry), trade and architecture. Innovative for the two regions is the development of an additional tourism segment (rail and bike tourism/excursion traffic. The project features an integrative approach between museum and current, ongoing mining work and product refinement.

Project content:

Through the expansion of the offer, an enhancement of the cultural heritage is aimed at. On the one hand, the professionally sound reappraisal of the topics combined with a program of activities, events and guided tours is intended to ensure sustainable museum and tourist use of the facilities in the long term. Mining has shaped society and in particular the families in these areas in the past, and even today the miner's job profile plays an important role. Parallel to the construction measures, a school program for guided tours will be developed that can be implemented on a supra-regional basis. In this way, the historically and culturally interesting facilities can draw more attention to the common cultural identity in the cross-border region. In the context of this project supplementing building measures should be realized around the visitors, the history of the marble dismantling descriptive, museum-like to show and old devices, machines and tools, in addition, documents to collect, in order to receive the posterity. A cooperation & joint promotional strategy with our partners of the mining centers in Terra Raetica Tarrenz and St.Anton am Arlberg allow to define overall priorities and fields of action that contribute to strengthen cooperation.

Priorities:

- Strengthening of joint cross-border measures for the marketing of tourist and cultural packages.

- Establishment of a structured cross-border platform between the project partners (Laas- St. Anton/Tarrenz) - further training, information and public relations work, marketing, etc.

- Qualitative improvement of the mining presentation in Laas (marble) including visitor guidance and inclusion of bus and bicycle tourism (Via Claudia Augusta project goals: bicycle route).

Project goals:

Joint education & training as well as regular meetings of the steering group to exchange information will follow. They are interrelated and have a mutually reinforcing effect. On the one hand, this is to be used more intensively for tourism, but also to be anchored more strongly in the awareness of the population. With regard to the valorization and competitiveness, a broader clientele as well as a geographically much better coverage in the marketing of the topic can be achieved by the further cooperation. The agreed joint products achieve a higher market penetration and publicity, the coordinated concepts complement each other to a much more attractive offer than could be achieved by a singular activity of the partners.
